Novy Drahov is situated in the spa triangle formed by the spa towns of Františkovy Lázně (5 km), Karlovy Vary (40) a Mariánské Lázně (35 km). It is an area of healing springs, promennades and natural reservations.
In the cose vicinity of Selský Dvůr you will find the natural reservation called SOOS, a unique place in Europe, famous for its mud volcanos, moors and rare plants typical for such environment. An exhibition of prehistoric fauna arranged as Jurassic park is also worth seeing. Two kilometres from Nový Drahov there is the so-called Butterfly farm, a place where you can see or buy rare exotic butterflies
Nový Drahov is only a few kilometres away from Frantiskovy Lazně, a beautiful town breathing the spa atmosphere.

The nearby town of Cheb offers a lot of sights such as the castle or the museum, where you can see the permanent exhibiton dedicated to Albrecht z Valdštejna.
Nearby Nový Drahov there are the castles of Seeberg and Vildštejn (in Skalná), two sights which are also worth visiting.
